The main function of the fundraiser is to raise funds in the organization for statutory purposes

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating a long-term turn-based strategy for fundraising an organization
• Search and attraction of donations for BBT Association projects from individuals according to the developed plan
• Development of crowdfunding events on the BBT website
• Development of offline fundraising events
• Creation of new and improvement of existing tools for attracting donors (donation system on the site, attracting donors through social networks, cooperation with the media, advertising and information materials, a database, etc.)
• Creation of the program of the Friends Club of the Big Baikal Trail Association, the formation and expansion of the base of friends club members
• Organization of regular e-mailing to supporters and potential donors
• Systematic work with regular donors
• Interaction with opinion leaders
• Writing reports and thanks
• Reporting on collected funds

Requirements for the applicant:

• Experience and skills: 1-3 years
• Understanding the features of fundraising in NGOs
• Developed communication skills, negotiation skills
• Interest in the topic of eco-tourism development
• The desire to learn and develop
• Applicants without work experience but motivated are also considered.

Working conditions:
