* Due to the fact that the projects take place in the field, we do not buy eggs, butter, dairy products, soft fruits and vegetables, and other perishable products.

* In the first half of the projects, salads from fresh vegetables are provided. And the last days of the project, it is possible to use crackers instead of bread.

Sample menu for 14 days

1 day of the project (5, 9, 13 - days of the project)
  • Breakfast: Cereals with powdered milk, tea, coffee, cookies, sweets
  • Snack: Dried apricots, sweets, tea
  • Lunch: Soup pickle with / without stew (from packages), tea, sandwiches with pate
  • Dinner: Rice with / without stew, sauce, spices (with peas or corn), bread, tea, gingerbread cookies, sweets

2 day (6, 10, 14 day - usually only breakfast)
  • Breakfast: Cereals with powdered milk or corn porridge, cocoa, cookies, condensed milk
  • Snack: Chocolate, crackers, tea
  • Lunch: Soup with / without stew, tea, sandwiches with sprats
  • Dinner: Macaroni and cheese, tea, gingerbread cookies, sweets.

3 day (7, 11)
  • Breakfast: Flakes with powdered milk or millet, tea, coffee, cookies, sweets, cheese sandwiches
  • Snack: Dried apricots, sweets, tea
  • Lunch: Soup with vermicelli with / without stew, dried fruit compote, sandwiches with pate
  • Dinner: Buckwheat with / without stew, tea, gingerbread cookies, sweets

4 day (8, 12)
  • Breakfast: Rice with powdered milk and raisins, tea, coffee, cookies,
  • Snack: Raisins, cookies, tea
  • Lunch: Mushroom soup, crackers, gingerbread tea
  • Dinner: Pasta with / without stew, jelly / tea, sweets, gingerbread cookies
